We want you to love your Pratt Daddy piece. Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, handmade, or prepared specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review product photos, descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased with a discount code, promotional offer, or other discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible, so orders are considered final once placed and cannot typically be changed or cancelled.

If you realize there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@prattdaddy.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, we will always do our best to help if your order has not yet been processed.

If we are able to approve a cancellation after processing has begun, processing and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund. We will communicate any applicable fees with you before completing the cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@prattdaddy.com as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue and make it right.

International Orders & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for accepting their shipment and completing any required customs or import procedures. Packages that are refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed with customs may be subject to shipping, customs, processing, and return-to-sender costs. Any eligible refund will be determined once the package has been returned to us and these costs have been assessed.
